We ended up at Rossopomodoro mostly because it was right near where we already were, and that made it kind of perfect. Easy to find, no hassle getting there, and it was close enough to pop in after shopping. I’d probably go back just for the convenience, to be honest

I had a small issue with my order and, to be honest, I was expecting the usual back-and-forth you get with a lot of companies. But they replied quickly and got it sorted without making it into a big thing. The person I spoke to was friendly, actually listened, and didn’t just give me a copy-paste response. Compared to most places I’ve dealt with, this was genuinely hassle-free. Mistakes can happen, but they handled it really well, so I’d happily order from them again.

I’ve been to places before where the menu feels a bit limited, especially when you’re with a group, but this was the opposite. There was so much to pick from that everyone found something without any hassle, pizza, pasta, veggie options, and a few really nice starters too. I’m fussy with food, but I didn’t struggle at all. The kids’ options were handy as well. I’d definitely go back, partly just to try more of the menu next time

Went here with a vegan friend and, my first reaction was kind of like, “Oh… that’s it?” There were a few options, but not a ton to choose from. The pizza was decent enough, just maybe a bit plain. On the plus side, the staff actually knew what was vegan, which made things easier. I’d go again if a group picked it, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for vegan food

The pizza tasted okay but it got here only warm not hot. I was a little disappointed since I was expecting it fresh and hotter but it was still edible.

I booked a table online and it was easy. The page froze once, so I refreshed it, and then everything went through fine. The confirmation came in right away after that. Overall, it was a good experience.

Ordered a takeaway last night and, it was just what we needed. It turned up right on time and was still nice and hot when it arrived, which always makes a difference. I got food from Rossopomodoro and, i think it was really good. The pizza base was soft in the middle but still had that nice little crisp around the edge, which is kind of exactly what you want, I suppose.
The toppings tasted fresh to me, definitely not like those cheap frozen ones, or at least they didn’t come across that way. The mozzarella was really tasty too, and the pasta had a simple, clean flavour that wasn’t too heavy.
I’d probably order from them again without thinking too much about it. It just felt like decent food made with a bit of care, which sounds simple, but you don’t always get that.

I was in a good mood when it arrived because, once again, the delivery turned up exactly when they said it would. No hassle, no chasing around, just really reliable every time.

I didn’t have the friendliest visit. The staff seemed uninterested, and I felt rushed the entire time, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I get that places get busy, but a simple apology or even a bit more courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

Really nice staff. Great with my kids. They gave us space and didn’t make a fuss about the mess. Easy family meal. Would go back.

We definitely didn’t leave hungry, which is kind of my instant measure of a good meal. Prices seemed fair for how much food you get too. I’d go back.
